Judge in ND sentences 3 men on child porn charges
Three men have been sentenced in federal court on separate child pornography charges.
BISMARCK, N.D. (AP) — Three men have been sentenced in federal court on separate child pornography charges.
The U.S. attorney's office in North Dakota says Stephen O'Berry, Robert Eidson and Brian Kuipers all pleaded guilty to receipt of materials involving the sexual exploitation of minors.
U.S. District Judge Daniel Hovland sentenced the 40-year-old O'Berry, of Dickinson, to 15 years in prison. Authorities say it was the second time O'Berry was prosecuted for child porn.
The 24-year-old Kuipers, of Bismarck, and the 23-year-old Eidson, of Broomfield, Colo., each received five-year prison terms.
