More North Dakota airports getting federal grants

North Dakota's congressional delegation says four more North Dakota airports are getting federal grants for projects ranging from runway repaving to master plan updating.

BISMARCK, N.D. (AP) — North Dakota's congressional delegation says four more North Dakota airports are getting federal grants for projects ranging from runway repaving to master plan updating.

Airports in Mandan, Dickinson, Kindred and Barnes County will share in more than $713,000 from the Federal Aviation Administration.

Last week, the delegation announced nearly $2 million in FAA grants to airports in Bottineau, Cooperstown, Glen Ullin, Wahpeton, Harvey, Hettinger, Lisbon, Mohall, Mott and Stanley. The airport in Grand Forks also has received more than $1 million from the FAA for its new terminal.
