ND luring suspect pleads not guilty to child porn
A Devils Lake man accused of trying to lure a Fargo girl by computer has pleaded not guilty to possessing child pornography.
DEVILS LAKE, N.D. (AP) — A Devils Lake man accused of trying to lure a Fargo girl by computer has pleaded not guilty to possessing child pornography.
WDAZ-TV reports that 40-year-old Allen Vetsch faces a December jury trial. He could face up to five years in prison if convicted.
Vetsch is due in court in Fargo next week on a felony luring charge.
Vetsch resigned in January from his position as computer technician for a group of schools in the Devils Lake area.
