JAGST to host grief program

The Jamestown Area Grief Support Team and Touched by an Angel Ministry will present a “Good Grief” program entitled “Handling Multiple Losses with Faith” at 7 p.m. Monday, at St. John’s Lutheran Church, Jamestown.

The Jamestown Area Grief Support Team and Touched by an Angel Ministry will present a “Good Grief” program entitled “Handling Multiple Losses with Faith” at 7 p.m. Monday, at St. John’s Lutheran Church, Jamestown.

Special guest speaker and Jamestown Area Grief Support Team member Nita Dura will share her story of the many losses she has experienced, both through death and other types of loss, and how her faith has help her to get through these losses.

The program will be especially helpful to those who have experienced the loss of someone important to them, those who are experiencing health problems or anyone else.

The Jamestown Area Grief Support Team is a non-profit organization dedicated to supporting those who are grieving in the community. Touched by an Angel Ministry is a grief support ministry at St. John’s Lutheran Church.

St. John’s Lutheran Church is located at 424 First Ave. S. in Jamestown and is handicapped accessible. The program is free and open to all. For more information, call 252-1198 or 251-1280.
