N.D. flags to be at half-staff on Sunday
North Dakota Gov. Jack Dalrymple is asking for all U.S. and state flags to be flown at half-staff Saturday in remembrance of the Sept. 11 attacks.
BISMARCK (AP) — North Dakota Gov. Jack Dalrymple is asking for all U.S. and state flags to be flown at half-staff Saturday in remembrance of the Sept. 11 attacks.
Dalrymple declared Sunday a day of service and remembrance in accordance with a presidential proclamation.
Dalrymple said that on the tenth anniversary of the attacks, it’s important to remember the thousands who died that day, as well as those who protect the nation.
