Fire damages Wahpeton apartment building

Authorities say an apartment fire in Wahpeton caused damage and displaced one family on Saturday.

WAHPETON, N.D. (AP) — Authorities say an apartment fire in Wahpeton caused damage and displaced one family on Saturday.

The Forum reports that the fire at the 12-unit building was reported just after 8 a.m.

Police say all tenants got out of the building safely. The apartment complex is located across the street from Wahpeton Middle School.
