Homeless man sentenced for robbing ND bank
A homeless man was sentenced to 12 1/2 years in prison for robbing a North Dakota bank.
FARGO, N.D. (AP) — A homeless man was sentenced to 12 1/2 years in prison for robbing a North Dakota bank.
United States District Court Judge Ralph Erickson sentenced Scott Evans Maxwell to prison Monday for the Feb. 17 bank robbery in Fargo. Maxwell must also serve three years of supervised release.
He pleaded guilty to the bank robbery in May.
Maxwell was previously convicted of robbing a hotel in Oklahoma City in 2003.
