JMS goes 1-1-1 against Horizon
Jamestown Middle School went 1-1-1 against Bismarck Horizon on Monday. In Game 1, Brady Carlson had a 15-yard touchdown run in the third quarter to tie it after Horizon scored on a 60-yard kickoff return for a touchdown to start the game.

Carlson ran 3 times for 20 yards, while Nolan Love ran eight times for 27 yards. Andrew Hornung completed two passes for 62 yards, both to Tanner Lunzman.
Seth Kenna, Travis Beach and Brandon Harr each had seven tackles. Aaron Greenstein had six.
Dylan Kleinjan scored on a 25-yard run to account for the lone score in Game 2, won 8-0 by the Blue Jays. Austin Rene added the 2-point scoring run.
Kleinjan had 41 yards rushing on six carries. Keith Shahin had 5 for 20 and Logan Brouse 4 for 33.
Josh Schultz piled up 12 tackles in the win. Nick Schaack added nine and Alex Gums had three, one of them a sack.
Horizon won Game 2, 12-0.
Brouse ran for a team-best 33 yards on 3 carries. Shahin made 8 tackles. Cayden Hare and Andy Triebenbach had 3 apiece for JMS, which is now 5-3-1. They play at Bismarck Wachter on Thursday.
