Man found guilty of child sex charges
A federal jury has found a West Fargo man guilty of secretly videotaping underage girls in his home.
FARGO (AP) — A federal jury has found a West Fargo man guilty of secretly videotaping underage girls in his home.
Thirty-nine-year-old Scott Thomas Boyle was found guilty Friday of two charges involving the sexual exploitation of children. He also was found guilty of possessing child pornography.
The verdict was handed down following a three-day trial in Fargo’s U.S. District Court.
Boyle faces a minimum mandatory sentence of 15 years in prison.
