FEMA plans recovery meetings in Minot, Burlington
The Federal Emergency Management Agency's Long-Term Recovery Team is holding meetings this month in Minot and Burlington, which both were hit hard by Souris River flooding this past summer.
MINOT, N.D. (AP) — The Federal Emergency Management Agency's Long-Term Recovery Team is holding meetings this month in Minot and Burlington, which both were hit hard by Souris River flooding this past summer.
Officials will be presenting ideas for community projects that emerged from previous public meetings, and asking residents to prioritize them.
Meetings are scheduled Thursday and Saturday in Minot, and Oct. 18 in Burlington.
