Woman stabbed Friday in Wahpeton
A 26-year-old Wahpeton woman was flown to a Fargo hospital early Friday after authorities say she was stabbed multiple times in the chest outside of her home.
WAHPETON, N.D. (AP) — A 26-year-old Wahpeton woman was flown to a Fargo hospital early Friday after authorities say she was stabbed multiple times in the chest outside of her home.
WDAY television reported that Trista Martin was undergoing surgery in a Fargo hospital Friday afternoon.
Police arrested 23-year-old Patrick Wolfgram and booked him in the Richland County jail on an attempted murder charge. Attorney information for Wolfgram was not immediately available.
Bond was set at $500,000.
Police said the attack happened about 3 a.m. in front of a housing complex where both Martin and Wolfgram live.
