Work to close portion of ND Highway 11 near Ellendale on Monday

Beginning Monday, Central Specialties will be installing a centerline pipe on N.D. Highway 11, approximately 14 miles east of Ellendale and four miles west of the junction of N.D. Highway 1.

During this project, N.D. Highway 11 will be closed to through traffic from 7 a.m. to 7 p.m., Monday. Local traffic will be allowed access to the road.
