Roosevelt Ranch considered for National Register
Theodore Roosevelt's Elkhorn Ranch in western North Dakota is being considered for a listing in the National Register of Historic Places.
BISMARCK, N.D. (AP) — Theodore Roosevelt's Elkhorn Ranch in western North Dakota is being considered for a listing in the National Register of Historic Places.
North Dakota's State Historic Preservation Review Board is meeting this week to consider the nomination. The Friday meeting is at the state Capitol in Bismarck.
The National Register is the federal government's list of properties it considers worthy of recognition and preservation.
