Bakken summit held in downtown Denver this week

An event aimed at developing infrastructure in North Dakota's oil patch is being held in downtown Denver this week.

WILLISTON, N.D. (AP) — An event aimed at developing infrastructure in North Dakota's oil patch is being held in downtown Denver this week.

The three-day Bakken Infrastructure Finance and Development Summit began Monday.

Gov. Jack Dalrymple and billionaire oilman Harold Hamm are among the featured speakers at the meeting.

The Williston Herald reports (http://bit.ly/nYX6l9 ) that several North Dakota officials will be addressing economic development, real estate and labor issues.
