School board to hold public meetings

The Jamestown Public School Board plans three “Coffee Talks,” or informal public meetings, this week.

The Jamestown Public School Board plans three “Coffee Talks,” or informal public meetings, this week.

Some of the topics for discussion include but are not limited to: academic and extracurricular programs, instructional and administrative staffing, facility needs and utilization and district tax levies.

The three meetings will be at:

* 9 to 10 a.m. Tuesday at Garden Gate, 208 First St. W.

* 2 to 3 p.m. Thursday at Meeting Grounds, 613 10th St. SE.

* 5 to 6 p.m. Thursday at Babb’s Coffee House, 100 First Ave. S.
