BISMARCK (AP) — A mental health evaluation is scheduled Nov. 22 for a Nebraska murder suspect jailed in North Dakota.
Fifty-three-year-old John Baker has been held in the McLean County jail since his arrest Oct. 24. He is accused of killing his girlfriend, 47-year-old Kelly Alspach, in South Sioux City, Neb.
