Wild Card 2, Dakota Cash jackpots won in Mitchell
Tickets sold in the South Dakota city of Mitchell were jackpot winners in Wednesday's Wild Card 2 and Dakota Cash lottery drawings.
MITCHELL, S.D. (AP) — Tickets sold in the South Dakota city of Mitchell were jackpot winners in Wednesday's Wild Card 2 and Dakota Cash lottery drawings.
State lottery officials say the Wild Card 2 jackpot is worth $140,000, and the Dakota Cash jackpot about $49,000. Winners have about six months to claim their money.
Wild Card 2 is played the Dakotas, Montana and Idaho. The odds of winning the jackpot are one in about 1.4 million. The jackpot starts again at $100,000 for the next drawing, on Saturday.
Dakota Cash is played only in South Dakota. The odds of winning the jackpot are one in about 325,000. The jackpot goes back to $20,000 for the Saturday drawing.
