ND man pleads guilty to child pornography charges
A North Dakota man has pleaded guilty to child pornography charges.
FARGO, N.D. (AP) — A North Dakota man has pleaded guilty to child pornography charges.
Clifford Sweeney, of Emerado, faces a maximum penalty of 30 years in prison on the two charges. Sentencing is scheduled for Feb. 27 in Fargo.
The 52-year-old Sweeney is accused of uploading child pornography to an adult pornographic website, which reported it to the National Center for Missing and Exploited Children.
Authorities say they discovered hundreds of images of children engaged in sexual explicit conduct.
