ND man accused of molesting 5-year-old
A Rolla man is accused of sexually abusing a 5-year-old.
GRAND FORKS, N.D. (AP) — A Rolla man is accused of sexually abusing a 5-year-old.
The Grand Forks Herald reports 35-year-old Aaron Lavallie was arraigned Tuesday in district court in Rollette County.
Lavallie is facing a charge of gross sexual imposition and also child neglect and abuse. A court complaint says the sexual acts took place from Aug. 2010 to April 2011 in St. John.
If convicted, Lavallie faces up to 15 years in prison and a $15,000 fine.
