Diabetes Support Group to meet
Diabetes Support Group sessions will be held every other month at the James River Senior and Community Center supported by Essentia Health and Sanford Health. The next meeting will be at 1:30 p.m. Jan. 9. Topics covered will involve blood sugar testing, nutrition, exercise, medications, sick day management and emotional health.
Diabetes Support Group sessions will be held every other month at the James River Senior and Community Center supported by Essentia Health and Sanford Health. This group is for those who want to learn more about managing diabetes including those who have it, loved ones and those who want to prevent themselves from having diabetes. Anyone who has questions may call 253-4066 or 253-5324.
