RAPID CITY, S.D. (AP) — Federal authorities are offering a $1,000 reward for information leading to the arrest and conviction of a man wanted in the killing of another man on the Rosebud Indian Reservation in South Dakota.

FBI spokesman Bob Perry tells KGFX radio that 28-year-old Ronald Kills In Water is wanted in the death of 53-year-old Robert Small Bear Jr. Authorities say Small Bear was assaulted Oct. 12 and died of his injuries. Three others have already been arrested in his death.

Authorities say Kills In Water also goes by the name Ronald Shaw, and might be in Rapid City or in Fort Yates, N.D. He is wanted on charges of second-degree murder and assault with a dangerous weapon.
