City crews tree trimming appear to be rather wasteful

I have noticed how many people it takes for the city to trim trees. Tuesday I saw they had 10 people on the job. Two were working; the rest were standing, watching. It seems to me it would be more likely to have an accident with so many around.

I have noticed how many people it takes for the city to trim trees. Tuesday I saw they had 10 people on the job. Two were working; the rest were standing, watching. It seems to me it would be more likely to have an accident with so many around.

Last year they trimmed a tree by our place and there were seven men there. Again, two working, the others watching.

It seems to me it would be cheaper to hire a tree service from town to do the trimming. The tree services only need about three to do the work.

It appears to be more government waste of monies for the city to do the job.
