21-year-old sentenced for Stop-N-Go robbery
A man convicted of robbing a Fargo Stop-N-Go at gunpoint has been sentenced to more than 5 years in prison.
FARGO, N.D. (AP) — A man convicted of robbing a Fargo Stop-N-Go at gunpoint has been sentenced to more than 5 years in prison.
WDAY-TV reports that 21-year-old James Taylor was sentenced Thursday for the February 2010 robbery on 30th Avenue South.
Taylor, of Moorhead, and his two brothers — Antione Collier of Moorhead and Anthony Collier of Chicago — each was convicted in the case. Antione Collier already has been sentenced to nearly 5 years in prison. Anthony Collier is to be sentenced Tuesday.
Clerks told police three men held them up at gunpoint shortly after 10 p.m. and pocketed $4,000 in cash. On Thursday, Taylor was ordered to pay that money back in restitution.
