HELENA, Mont. (AP) — A Montana school district says a math teacher who disappeared last weekend is dead, and the FBI announced it has one man in custody and is questioning another in connection with her disappearance.
Sidney Public School officials posted a statement on the school website saying they learned of Sherry Arnold's death Friday morning. No further information was available.
FBI Special Agent in Charge David J. Johnson, of Salt Lake City, says a tip from the public led to the two men.
Arnold vanished during a run Saturday morning.
