ND man accused of having sex with SD teenager

Bail has been set at $15,000 cash for a 39-year-old North Dakota man accused of driving to South Dakota to have sex with a 16-year-old girl.

BISMARCK, N.D. (AP) — Bail has been set at $15,000 cash for a 39-year-old North Dakota man accused of driving to South Dakota to have sex with a 16-year-old girl.

Quentin Doerr of Bismarck also is accused of sending the girl nude photos and receiving nude photos from her late last year or early this year. He has not yet entered pleas to felony charges of luring a minor by computer, possessing child pornography and promoting obscenity to a minor.

South Central District Judge Gail Hagerty has prohibited Doerr from having contact with the girl from Redfield, S.D.
