N.D sheep and lambs at record low
The number of sheep and lambs in North Dakota is at an all-time low.
FARGO (AP) — The number of sheep and lambs in North Dakota is at an all-time low.
The Agriculture Department said in its latest report that sheep and lambs on Jan. 1 totaled 73,000 animals, down from 78,000 the previous year. Breeding sheep, market sheep and lambs and the 2011 lamb crop all were at record lows, as was wool production.
