Bismarck teacher accused of sex with teenage girl

A teacher in Bismarck's Catholic grade schools is accused of having sex on multiple occasions with a 17-year-old girl.

BISMARCK, N.D. (AP) — A teacher in Bismarck's Catholic grade schools is accused of having sex on multiple occasions with a 17-year-old girl.

The Bismarck Tribune reports that bond is set at $2,000 cash for 26-year-old John Krueger, who faces three counts of felony corruption or solicitation of minors.

Bismarck St. Mary's High School Principal Tom Eberle confirmed to The Associated Press that Krueger works for the city's three Catholic grade schools. Eberle referred questions to attorney Tom Bair, who didn't immediately respond to a request for comment.

Police say the girl told a police detective she had sex with Krueger at his home, at a hotel and at a radio station where he also worked.

A telephone listing for Krueger couldn't immediately be found. Court documents do not list an attorney for him.
