Fargo police investigating bar stabbing

FARGO, N.D. (AP) — Police are investigating an incident where two men were stabbed outside a south Fargo bar.

Fargo Police Lt. Joel Vettel says the men were accosted by a group of three to five men early Sunday morning.

He says the men apparently argued inside the bar, and the disagreement continued outside.

Vettel says one man was stabbed in the upper chest, and the second suffered a wound near his stomach.

Vettel says it appears the men involved in the incident knew each other and they had been drinking.
