Carrington remains No. 1 in latest rankings

Carrington remained on top of the latest Class B girls’ basketball rankings.

The Cardinals received six of the 12 first-place votes, one more than No. 2 Kindred. Grafton, ranked third, got the other top-place nod.

The top nine spots in the poll are the same as last week. Beach moved into the rankings at No. 10.

Two area teams — Midkota and Napoleon — received votes in the poll.
