Class B Roundup: Cards use deep ball to beat Sargent Central

Ellendale’s Madilyn Bommersbach and Dacey Fuller were in a zone from the perimeter.

The two combined for seven three-pointers to help lift the Cardinalsto a 56-46 victory on Thursday night over Sargent Central.

Bommersbach finished with 20 points and Fuller ended the night with 12.

Jamie Minarik led Sargent Central with 20 points after hitting on two triples of her own.

LaMoure outscored Strasburg-Zeeland in every quarter to cruise to a convincing 62-44 victory.

The Loboes were paced by Kenzi Bickford and Tyla Aberle, who combined for more points than the entire Clippers team. Bickford, after hitting six three-pointers, finished with 33 points and Aberle added 12.

Jennifer Wikenhauser led Strasburg-Zeeland with 12.
