Sex offender arrested for peeping into dormitory
DICKINSON, N.D. (AP) — Authorities say a 50-year-old registered sex offender was arrested for allegedly using binoculars to peek into windows of a women's dormitory at Dickinson State University.
DICKINSON, N.D. (AP) — Authorities say a 50-year-old registered sex offender was arrested for allegedly using binoculars to peek into windows of a women's dormitory at Dickinson State University.
Police say Allen Kerns is charged with surreptitious intrusion. Authorities tell the Dickinson Press (http://bit.ly/wybklr) he was looking through windows of Woods Hall on Thursday evening.
The North Dakota sex offender website classifies Kerns as a moderate sex offender. The website says he was convicted of sex assault in Nebraska in 1995.
