Sex offender arrested for peeping
Authorities said a 50-year-old registered sex offender was arrested for allegedly using binoculars to peek into windows of a women’s dormitory at Dickinson State University.
DICKINSON, N.D. (AP) — Authorities said a 50-year-old registered sex offender was arrested for allegedly using binoculars to peek into windows of a women’s dormitory at Dickinson State University.
Police said Allen Kerns is charged with surreptitious intrusion. Authorities told the Dickinson Press he was looking through windows of Woods Hall on Thursday evening.
The North Dakota sex offender website classifies Kerns as a moderate sex offender. The website said he was convicted of sex assault in Nebraska in 1995.
