The Valley City Times-Record has a new publisher. The newspaper reported that Reed Anderson began his duties Monday. He has experience as a publisher of weeklies and a shopper in Minnesota. He also has worked as a carpenter and logger.

VALLEY CITY, N.D. (AP) — The Valley City Times-Record has a new publisher.

The newspaper reported that Reed Anderson began his duties Monday. He has experience as a publisher of weeklies and a shopper in Minnesota. He also has worked as a carpenter and logger.

Anderson grew up in Illinois, graduated high school in California and attended college in Minnesota. He earned a degree in English and minored in philosophy at Bemidji State.
