Chloe will be 4 years old March 27. Last year she was diagnosed with epilepsy with more than one type of seizure. The frequency of her seizures has decreased with medication. The doctors recommend further testing to determine the cause of the seizures. Many expenses and travel to Children’s Hospital in St. Paul are not covered by insurance.

The benefit was organized by friends from Montpelier Lutheran Church. Checks can be made out to Montpelier Lutheran Church for Chloe Smith Benefit and sent to Box 50, Montpelier, ND 58472.
