ND Class B boys hoops tourney getting under way
The North Dakota Class B boys basketball tournament is getting under way in Grand Forks.
GRAND FORKS, N.D. (AP) — The North Dakota Class B boys basketball tournament is getting under way in Grand Forks.
It is the first time that Grand Forks has hosted the B since 1971. The tournament Thursday through Saturday is in the Alerus Center.
In Thursday's first round, Bismarck Shiloh-Christian goes against Divide County, Grafton plays North Star, Linton-HMB takes on Lewis and Clark-Berthold and Central Cass plays Beulah. The Grafton-North Star matchup is a rematch of last year's title game won by North Star.
The semifinals are Friday, and the championship will be decided Saturday
