Bible intro course rescheduled
Grace Episcopal Church will be offering an “Introduction to the Bible” course starting Sunday at 9:30 a.m. The course was originally scheduled to begin Feb. 26 but was canceled because of the snow.
Grace Episcopal Church will be offering an “Introduction to the Bible” course starting Sunday at 9:30 a.m. The course was originally scheduled to begin Feb. 26 but was canceled because of the snow.
The course will cover the major themes of the Bible, how the Bible was put together, and how to read the Bible correctly. In addition, the relationship between the Old and New Testaments will be explored, as well as how to deal with difficult passages. There will be plenty of opportunities for questions and conversation.
The course will be taught by The Rev. Dr. Kevin Goodrich, O.P., the church’s pastor who is the author of the book, “Plugging into God’s Story: A Practical Introduction to Reading and Understanding the Bible.”
