FORT YATES, N.D. (AP) — A hearing is planned to determine whether Standing Rock Sioux Tribal Chairman Charles Murphy should be removed from office.

Tribal Council member Avis Little Eagle tells The Bismarck Tribune that a hearing will be held in about 20 days on whether Murphy acted beyond his authority in making personnel and departmental changes.
