Man charged with raping 83-year-old woman in ND

A 24-year-old man has been arrested and charged with allegedly raping an 83-year-old woman.

DICKINSON, N.D. (AP) — A 24-year-old man has been arrested and charged with allegedly raping an 83-year-old woman.

WDAY-TV reports that Nick Webster is charged with gross sexual imposition, burglary and interfering with a 911 call.

Authorities say Webster broke into the woman's home and raped her. He was later found near the victim's home and arrested. Authorities say Webster was staying in Dickinson but gave authorities an Idaho address.

The woman has been treated at a hospital and released.
