FARGO, N.D. (AP) — A Minnesota man accused of threatening the federal courthouse and city police department in North Dakota's largest city has been ordered held without bond until a detention hearing later this week.
KFGO radio reports that 43-year-old Brian Jacobson of Battle Lake, Minn., appeared in court Monday in Fargo after being arrested over the weekend.
