Matesi Hess and Kyle Neumiller, both Casselton, N.D., announce their engagement and forthcoming marriage.

Matesi Hess and Kyle Neumiller, both Casselton, N.D., announce their engagement and forthcoming marriage.

Parents of the couple are Bill and Kathy Hess, Poplar, Mont., and Barbara and Leonard Neumiller, Jamestown.

Matesi is a 2007 graduate of Poplar High School, Poplar, and a 2011 graduate of Jamestown College, Jamestown, with a bachelor’s degree in criminal justice. She is a certified nursing assistant at Anne Carlsen Center, Jamestown.

Kyle is a 1998 graduate of Jamestown High School, Jamestown. He is an auto body technician at Muscatell, Moorhead, Minn.

A March 31 wedding is planned at Governors’ Inn, Casselton, N.D., with a reception to follow.
