Jamestown Community Open Mic is at 7 p.m. every fourth Tuesday at Grace Episcopal Church, 405 Second Ave. NE. All performers are welcome.
The 28th Last Annual Comedy Revue is at 7:30 p.m. Friday, March 30, and Sunday, April 1, at the Presbyterian Church dining room. Tickets are $8 for adults and $3 for students. Tickets are available at the door only.
Jaime Namminga and Friends, a Jamestown College faculty recital, is at 7:30 p.m. Wednesday in DeNault Auditorium inside the Reiland Fine Arts Center on the campus of Jamestown College. There is no admission charge.
“Dakota Air: The Radio Show,” a radio variety show, is at 7 p.m. Saturday, March 31, in the Reiland Fine Arts Center on the campus on Jamestown College. Tickets are $15 and available by calling 252-3570, or at KJSB or Gate City Bank in Jamestown.
Cynthia Berget, a country music show, is at 8 p.m. at the Valley City Eagles Club, 345, 12th Ave. NE, Valley City. There is no admission charge.
Around Town
Wood carving with a local wood carving group is from 6:30 to 8:30 p.m. Thursdays in the Arts Center’s Hansen Studio. There is no charge. Call Andy Kudrna at 320-5075 with questions.
Open swimming is from 1 to 4 p.m. Sunday and 7 to 8:30 p.m. Wednesday at the Jamestown High School pool. Those under 12 must be accompanied by a parent. There is no admission charge.
Public skating is from 7 to 9 p.m. Sunday at Wilson Arena. Cost is $2 for children, $3 for adults and $5 for families and rentals are $2.
Roller skating is from 6 to 8 p.m. Sundays starting April 1 at Wilson Arena. Cost is $5 per person and the length of the season depends on participation.

“Music Legends,” the annual Jamesriver Figure Skating Club ice show, is at 7 p.m. Friday and Saturday and 2 p.m. Saturday and Sunday at Wilson Arena. Tickets are $9 for adults and $7 for students, free for preschoolers. Advance tickets are $6 for students and $8 for adults. Tickets can be purchased in advance at Country Gardens, Hugo’s, from any skater or by calling 269-2604. Tickets can also be purchased at the door for a higher price.

National Buffalo Museum hours are 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. Monday through Friday, 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. Saturday and Sunday by appointment only. Admission: $5 for adults, $4 for seniors and AAA members, $10 for a family and $1 for children ages 6 to 18.
Alfred Dickey Library hours are 10 a.m. to 8:30 p.m. Monday through Thursday, 10 a.m. to 5:30 p.m. Friday and Saturday and 2 to 5 p.m. Sunday. To access the Story Line, call 252-7464. The library is located at 105 Third St. SE.
Stutsman County Library hours are 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. Monday through Friday. The library is at 910 Fifth St. SE.
The Arts Center, 213 Second Ave. NW, Jamestown, is open from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. Monday through Friday, 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. Saturday and by appointment Sunday. There is no admission charge.
The Putnam House in Carrington is open for special events and by appointment by calling 701-652-2090. There is no admission charge.
The Barnes County Historical Museum, 315 Central Ave. N., Valley City, is open year round from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. Monday through Saturday. Admission is a freewill donation.
The Ronald Reagan Minuteman Missile Historic Site near Cooperstown is open on Thursdays through Fridays and Mondays from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. and on Sundays from 1 to 5 p.m. Contact Mark Sundlov at 701-797-3691 for more information.

Helmut Albrecht’s art is on display at Unison Bank for the month of March. Unison features a new artist is its lobby each month.
