Man dies in farm accident in southeastern ND
A farm accident in southeast North Dakota has killed a rural Eldridge man.
ELDRIDGE, N.D. (AP) — A farm accident in southeast North Dakota has killed a rural Eldridge man.
Stutsman County authorities tell KOVC radio that Randall Goldade's clothing became tangled in a power takeoff shaft on Tuesday afternoon and he died from the injuries he suffered.
A PTO shaft is a common piece of farm equipment that transfers power from a tractor motor to another piece of machinery.
