N.D. Highway 200 reopens near Hurdsfield

The North Dakota Department of Transportation along with the North Dakota Highway Patrol have opened N.D. Highway 200 four miles east of Hurdsfield, but motorists should be aware there is water on the roadway.

The North Dakota Department of Transportation along with the North Dakota Highway Patrol have opened N.D. Highway 200 four miles east of Hurdsfield, but motorists should be aware there is water on the roadway. Traffic is allowed with reduced speeds.

Motorists are encouraged to use caution while traveling, as vehicles that leave the roadway may become immersed in high water.

The NDDOT encourages motorists to check road conditions before traveling due to rapidly changing conditions. Fluctuating water levels make it difficult to predict when and where water will go over the roadway or recede from the roadway.
