Woman accused of having sex with boy
A Mandan woman has pleaded not guilty to having sex with a boy numerous times over a span of 1 1/2 years.
MANDAN, N.D. (AP) — A Mandan woman has pleaded not guilty to having sex with a boy numerous times over a span of 1 1/2 years.
Thirty-four-year-old Jenelle Chase is charged with felony continuous sexual abuse of a child. She allegedly had sex with the boy when he was 12 and 13 years old, from August 2009 to March 2011. Authorities said the boy told them he was sexually assaulted on a daily basis.
KXMB-TV reported that Chase is on probation for a previous child neglect conviction.
