Jamestown/Stutsman Development Corp. CEO Connie Ova attended the Renewable Fuel Association’s National Ethanol Conference Feb. 22-24, representing the JSDC.

More than 1,250 industry leaders attended the NEC, representing 42 states and 19 countries. Nearly 60 percent had attended the NEC before. Delegates cited networking, business development and to learn about government policies and ethanol technology as their primary reasons for attending the NEC.

“The NEC is a must-attend for JSDC in light of the fact that JSDC is partnering in the Spiritwood Energy Park Association with Great River Energy,” Ova said. “This is an excellent venue to meet businesses looking for a location such as SEPA has to offer.”

JSDC attending NEC for numerous reasons: networking and learning opportunities; to exchange information and ideas with industry peers from across the nation; discussions with policy and industry experts that continue to shape the future; and quality presentations and business development opportunities via the many breakout sessions.

“I believe it’s the one place where you can meet with all the players in the industry, conduct business, and learn the latest marketing and policy information that affects our industry,” Ova said.
