Allen receives English honors
Senior Luke Allen was recently renamed the Jamestown High School March English department student of the month.
Senior Luke Allen was recently renamed the Jamestown High School March English department student of the month.
Allen, son of Gene and Beverly Allen, was selected for his efforts in a recent project in his English IV class. He was also selected for the unique responses he provides to high-level critical thinking questions.
In addition to his efforts in the classroom setting, Allen is active in soccer, swimming and track. He is also a member of National Honor Society, Science Olympiad and Science Bowl. After graduation in May, he plans to attend the University of Gonzaga, majoring in chemistry/pre-med.
