“Although Nicole brings two years of dance experience, her thirst for knowledge, eagerness to give her all and passion for dance are just a few of the many assets she brings to the 2012-13 Knight Line Dance Team,” said director Kimberly Williams.
Rixen is a member of the National Honor Society, Prudential Spirit of Community bronze finalist and AXA finalist. She has been taking classes at JC through the dual credit program.
She is excited to compete at JC, “(to) gain technical experience by being a part of a collegiate dance team and performing on a national level.”
She is the daughter of Wayne and Sherre Rixen and plans to study psychology at JC.
