Bully Pulpit in Medora is back

The Bully Pulpit Golf Course at Medora is getting back on course after a 2011 season that was plagued by flooding.

MEDORA, N.D. (AP) — The Bully Pulpit Golf Course at Medora is getting back on course after a 2011 season that was plagued by flooding.

General Manager Dave Solga told The Dickinson Press that all 18 holes should be ready for play by April 26.

The course was closed last May because of flooding along the Little Missouri River, a tributary of the Missouri. Officials later reopened nine holes.

Solga said minor alterations to some holes should lessen the chance they’ll be flooded out again.
