Skeldum to present recital
Jamestown College student Jenna Skeldum of Minot will present her senior voice recital at 2 p.m. Sunday in Voorhees Chapel. The recital is free and open to the public.
Jamestown College student Jenna Skeldum of Minot will present her senior voice recital at 2 p.m. Sunday in Voorhees Chapel. The recital is free and open to the public.
Skeldum will perform works by Marx, Bellini, Savioni and Britten, as well as a set of American folksongs, Leonard Bernstein’s “I Hate Music! Cycle of five children’s songs, and selections from “Guys and Dolls,” with music and lyrics by Frank Loesser.
Skeldum is a voice student of Dr. Richard Walentine. Jaime Namminga will accompany on piano.
Skeldum is pursuing a major in music education and is active in Concert Choir, NAFME and theater.
She is the daughter of Don and Sandy Skeldum.
