“Cassidy is a tremendous teammate and we are happy to have her join the Jimmie volleyball program,” JC coach Jon Hegerle said. “Cassidy’s athleticism combined with her experience as a volleyball player will certainly be an asset to our team. More importantly, Cassidy is a wonderful person who will complement the tremendous group of young women we have joining us next fall.”
Unterseher has also been active in FCCLA, FBLA, National Honor Society, Annual Staff, SADD, Choir, Student Council and FFA and is eager to join the Jimmies.
“I am excited to learn more and continue growing in skills taught under the leadership of the Jamestown College volleyball coaches,” Unterseher said. “I wouldn’t be where I am today without the support of my teammates, family and coach Dale Peaslee.”
She is the daughter of Catherine Unterseher and the late Wade Unterseher. She plans to study business at JC.
